An EDM holepopper is a drill originally intended and design to punch starter holes through pieces of steel. With the evolution of time and machine refinement, today’s holepoppers feature sparking circuits to enhance machining speed, high accuracy, lower wear and excellent flushing power.

These units utilize a high pressure air system to provide excellent flush and stability at the electrode during the burn, making the setup operation more user-friendly while keeping work free of oils or other contaminants.
